These kits are NOT designed to replace all of the types of safety valves. They cannot replace any of the Harper-Wyman
5811, 5815, 5818, 5820 or 5830 series safety valves or any valve with a special or extended outlet.
5800S0001 The two safety valve kits, 5800S0001 & 5800S0002 can replace
any of the Harper-Wyman 5810, 5813, 5850, 5853 or 5860 series
 residential range safety valves that have a 14" sensing element and
a standard hood or tubing outlet.

This kit includes: Universal hood and pin, slip-on ferrule to adapt the
safety valve to fit other manufacturers' pilots, complete installation guide,
7/16" to 3/8" tubing inlet adapter, 7/16" to 3/8" outlet fittings.
5817S0007 This kit includes three different mounting brackets
 to accomodate various applications.

Since most of the 5811 & 5817 safety valves have a 3/8" inlet
and hood outlet, there are no inlet or outlet adapters included in this kit.
